Q: How long does it take to complete the production of the invitations?

A: The designing and production process takes 4 weeks. The drafts and pre-production samples are prepared and customers are asked to check and approve the same, once approved, the actual production is launched and it takes 4 weeks to complete this process.

Q: Is it possible to get the samples before placing the bulk order?

A: The customers can order the samples as many as they want. Duallush recommends ordering the samples to check the quality and design. This helps in deciding whether any changes or customization is required. You can order samples in any colour of your choice. The standard sampling process takes 7 days and depends upon the quantity of the samples being ordered.

Q: What is the delivery time for the samples and bulk production orders?

A: The normal sample delivery time is 3 to 5 days once dispatched. The bulk production orders take 7 to 10 days to get delivered once dispatched. The bulk production shipments are subjected to the customs clearance which in some cases may take two weeks or more to get delivered. Since customs is the government regulated department in most of the countries and Duallush doesn’t have any influence over them.

Q: When should we order the invitations?

A: Duallush recommends ordering the invitations 3 to 4 months in advance to avoid any delays.

Q: Do you print the wedding stationery and the invitation inserts?

A: Duallush has a vast experience in the printing line with specialization in wedding and party invitations. We can print invitation inserts and the Wedding stationery in Leaf/Foil, Letterpress, Standard/Digital and Thermography/Raised. You can use any of the Duallush print designs or our designers will gladly assist you to create your own custom design. We can also do printing work on different fabrics.

Q: Is it possible to print in languages other than English?

A: Yes, we can print in any language. E.g. French, Deutsch, Spanish, Italian, Arabic or any other languages.

Q: How can I be sure that there are no mistakes on the invitations printed?

A: We always review the printing draft rigorously to make sure that there are no errors. We just make sure that there are no common errors such as Spelling, Typos, Dates or the Alignment; however we cannot guarantee that we will eliminate every error. Hence, we never print anything that has not been approved by the customer. We do email the digital proof and keep working on the same. Once the customers are satisfied with the digital proof, only then we initiate the printing job.

Q: What is the base material used for manufacturing the invitations?

A: Duallush uses MDF hardboard recycled wood to make flat invitations as well boxed invitations. Our invitations are wrapped with silk, velvet, suede, leatherette or paper.

Q: What is minimum order quantity that Duallush accepts?

A: Duallush accepts a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces. Any order below 50 pieces is also accepted with 20% additional charge.

Q: How does Duallush ship the invitations?

A: Duallush provides the door to door shipping and delivery facility through DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Aramex etc. If a customer wants to ship on his/her own, that is also accepted with all the required documentation provided by Duallush.
